I first met Lucia Leyfield (the called Lucia Harvey) in a car park where she was using her hands to write large, beautiful letters in the snow. She became a brilliant student of mine and this was one of her degree show projects. The letterpress plate was over a foot wide and the whole thing folded into a children’s game, complete with toys.
